Assistant Facility Manager
• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Service, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Good knowledge of building services facilities, such as Electrical system, MVAC, ELV, BMS, Fire services, Security, etc.
• Experience in facility management in data center will be an advantages Know-how of current data center environment standards and technologies, practices and design principles including UPS systems, low and medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, raised flooring, power distribution, HVAC and fire suppression systems will be advantages
• Able to function effectively as a team leader, coordinate and support for other team members
Facility Engineer
• Responsible for facility management services for critical environment including commissioning / trouble shooting & maintenance services
• Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B or above)
• Min. 3 years’ experience in E&M Engineering Industry
• Technical Knowledge on E&M installation & maintenance services
• Working Experience for Data Center will be an advantage
Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer
• Responsible for site build and setup co-ordination with contractors/suppliers/clients to meet required specification / requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiar with site readiness requirements : Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Ventilation / Air-conditioning
• Higher diploma in above certifications preferred
Project Engineer / System Engineer / Assistant Engineer
(Structured Cabling / ELV system)
• Responsible for preparing drawings, material submissions, monitoring the site progress and coordinating with contractors, suppliers and clients in structured cabling system, Security & ELV System projects, such as ACS, CCTV, Audio-Visual systems or IT related discipline
• Diploma / Higher diploma or above in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / Communications Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience or above in Cabling, IT & ELV projects
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented and responsible
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Technician
• Knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• 3-5 year experience in Air-Conditioning or Electrical Systems
• Holder of Electrical Worker License (Grade A is preferred)
• Good communication skills, customer-oriented
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician/ Assistant Supervisor
