During our recent Retreat Week, Newtech hosted over 30 employee training sessions, fostering valuable exchanges between representatives from our subsidiaries in seven countries/regions and various departments at our Hong Kong headquarters.

Notably, Business Development Directors from Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Mainland China also visited, sharing insights on regional market culture, government policies, and technological advancements. This training initiative aims to promote collaboration and support among regional teams, encouraging localization of the headquarters’ business framework and leveraging available resources for regional business growth.

In addition to the training, we organized enriching team-building activities, embodying the spirit of ‘Work Hard, Play Hard.’ We extend sincere appreciation to all participants and staff for their invaluable contributions.
