Regular exercise is part and parcel of maintaining a healthy life, especially for the elderlies. Newtech is honored to launch the Eight Pieces of Brocade exercise classes with Lutheran Church Hong Kong Synod, Hong Kong Christian Service, and Christian Family Service Centre in November. It aims to arouse the elderlies’ interest in doing exercises and enable them to maintain wellbeing through group classes.
